The King Pin is a critical component for connecting a semi-trailer to a tractor (such as a truck). It is a cylindrical metal pin typically mounted in the saddle located beneath the front end of the trailer. When connected, the King Pin fits into the fifth wheel device on the tractor, enabling the trailer to safely attach to the tractor while allowing for a degree of rotation and swinging relative to the tractor. Specifically, for semi-trailers with a maximum total weight not exceeding 40 tons, we offer the No.50 drawbar pin; for heavy-duty semi-trailers with a gross weight over 40 tons but not exceeding 100 tons, the No.90 drawbar pin, made from 90-millimeter diameter chromium alloy, further enhances strength and durability.
